1. Agreement
By using this store and placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law, to place an order on this site.
3. Products & pricing
We try to display products, colours and prices accurately, but errors can occur. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, change prices or limit quantities at any time.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it - for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cannot fulfil an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
5. Order cancellation
You may request to cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched, by writing to hello@urbansouls.in. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is instead subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Payment
We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) and Cash on Delivery where available. For Cash on Delivery, payment is collected by our courier at the time of delivery.
7. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery timelines and charges are on our Shipping & Returns page. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy - you have 14 days from delivery to request one.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, place fraudulent orders, or infringe our rights or those of others.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this store - logo, text, images and design - belongs to Urban Souls and may not be copied or used without our permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Urban Souls is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
