14-day returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

How to start

The quickest way is from your account: log in, open your order and tap Request return. Prefer email? Write to hello@urbansouls.in with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund, and we'll share return instructions. See our Returns & Exchanges guide for the full walkthrough.

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges are free, subject to stock. We ship the new item once the original is on its way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to details you provide.

Non-returnable

Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without tags cannot be accepted.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
