Wrong size? No stress. You have 14-days from the day your order arrives to exchange it or send it back.

- Item must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still on.
- Your first size or colour exchange is free.
How it works
Returning for a refund?
- Log in using the button above - just your email and a 6-digit code, no password to remember.
- Open your order and tap Request return, then pick the items and a reason.
- We approve it and arrange a pickup or drop-off. You'll get updates by email at each step.

Exchanges
Email hello@urbansouls.in with your order number and the size or colour you'd like instead. Once your original pair is on its way back to us, we ship the new one. First exchange is on us - only one exchange per order, though, so if you need to swap again after that, return the item for a refund and place a fresh order.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, email hello@urbansouls.in with your UPI ID or bank details and your order number, and we'll process the refund from there.
Bundle offers
If your order was part of a bundle deal (like "2 for" pricing or a mix-and-match set) and you're only returning some of the items, the bundle discount is recalculated - see our Refund Policy for the full terms.
What we can't take back
- Items worn, washed, or with tags removed.
- Anything returned after the 14-day window.
Items that don't meet these conditions will be shipped back to you rather than refunded.
