Wrong size? No stress. You have 14-days from the day your order arrives to exchange it or send it back.
The basics
- 14-day window from delivery.
- Item must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still on.
- Your first size or colour exchange is free.
How it works
- Log in using the button above - just your email and a 6-digit code, no password to remember.
- Open your order and tap Request return, then pick the items and a reason.
- We approve it and arrange a pickup or drop-off. You'll get updates by email at each step.
Prefer a human? Email hello@urbansouls.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it for you.
Exchanges
Tell us the size or colour you'd like instead. Once your original pair is on its way back to us, we ship the new one. First exchange is on us.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to your UPI or bank account - we'll collect those details during the return.
What we can't take back
- Items worn, washed, or with tags removed.
- Anything returned after the 14-day window.
